Can someone explain to me why any manager thinks 3-4-2-1 is a good system, no manager with any pedigree plays it, it is so restrictive to the team, if it was any good everyone would be playing it, 4-3-3 seems to be the chosen favorite at the time or 4-2-3-1, 3-4-2-1 is a terrible system for any manager trying to play any type of attacking football, it beggars belief why anyone thinks it is good.
