I understand where the venom towards Forest is coming from but until Maranakis I doubt most of us had them on out hate list. At worst we were non plussed about them. Being of an age I remember Brian Clough fondly because he was a maverick.
It just takes one bad egg, in this case Maranakis to turn the tide and in our case we were in a large part the 'authors of our own misfortune' I agree that Maranakis is frankly an odious character and in some respects I feel sorry for the average Forest fan, because there are signs that the wheels are beginning to come off.
The moral I suppose is beware Greeks bearing gifts.

Horrible that a club with a fine heritage should be made to look totally devoid of morals or principles, where bullying and brown envelopes from the Board room, obscures any footballing action.
