Food mash ups

I'd like to add to the peanut butter suggestions and say peanut butter on gherkins.
Sounds horrible, I even said so myself but then I tried it!

I add a couple of tins of savers tuna to a saucepanfull of mashed potato (cheap wonky ones) to make fishcakes - sounds nasty but the taste changes when you cook them, especially if you add lemon zest, capers, dried dill, dijon mustard, seasoning and a dash of worcester, dip in flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry them in hot oil, accompanied by green beans - haute cuisine for pocket change. And sliced apple on top of peanut butter on toast works well.
