Hi Guys,

What happens with the tickets that get put up for resale through the Palace site? Is it just on a first come first serve basis to which they are uploaded on the site and the you can select from the map when they are available? If thats the case when do they start to come on there?

They will appear on the Palace website / app when you try to buy tickets for the Home games.
Log in to your account, go to Buy Tickets and click on the 9th April Fiorentina match and if there are any resales available it will show you on the seating map where they are. You then just purchase them using your client ref in the normal way.

If it says ‘there are no tickets that match your criteria or are sold out’ it just means there aren’t any currently available. Keep checking as the odd one or two will come up, or phone the box office and ask them if you can go on a waiting list. They might even say they have a single available.

Anyone else trying to buy ans seeing lots of availibility but all in "light blue" as in available but not enough rights? Am a gold member and have not bought yet so I really don't understand....

Anyone able to help me buy 2?

Yeah same here....it was all grey at one & then changed....weird A pre sale check maybe?

It sorted itself shortly after and now have 2 tickets 🙂.

Yes...it took 2 attempts to process the transaction but successfully now purchased.
I also paid for an away ticket yesterday in Phase 3 but they are still on sale today so not too confident that will happen especially when they seem UK passport.
But if successful I will put my mainstand ticket on here.

Sadly ive been unsuccessful trying to get 2 x tickets for Thursday in the Holmesdale.
Has anyone had previous experience in hospitality in the shared boxes? Is the atmosphere still okay? Im taking a girl Im dating so looking at impressing! 😂

I’m hoping to get 4 tickets but I’m not currently a member so can’t see if there are 4 tickets still available that are close to each other. Don’t want to but membership to find that there aren’t the tickets… anyone able to confirm what the availability is like?

I just logged in and can’t see any tickets available. Currently saying sold out and the ‘select from map’ option also shows nothing available.

Some odd single re-sales may come up but very unlikely to get 4 together.

Just received my away section ticket from Fiorentina 😁
So I have one home ticket for sale purchased yesterday.
I have confirmation but no ticket e-mailed through yet which will be early next week I guess.
