To access any Fiorentina home game you'll need your passport but also our supporter 'InViola Premium' card which costs around £20. You can get this at the official ticket office near the stadium, but I'm not sure if security/checks will be tighter close to this game if you haven't already had one in a while?

Yeah I tried buying a ticket this morning without success. The inviola card details got me as far as the basket, but then in red it said something like 'your registered country is not allowed to buy tickets for this fixture'. So if anyone is thinking of applying for an inviola premium card for €20, make sure you don't put UK as your country of birth. Even then it will be tricky to enter the stadium though I think.

Am just going to find a bar in Florence now and watch it there. Should still be a good night.

So in theory you could save £14 and go in the away end at Palace with it 🙂

Bigger saving than that.
But you will need a Fiorentina uecl away history not be British....other than that....🙄
Hmm ok. I thought the away history was just for their 1st phase, might be wrong though. Wasn't aware that you had to be Italian. So presumably you couldn't go in the away end either, despite having been to numerous Fiorentina matches? That seems really harsh.

  • To purchase, you must have a valid InViola Premium Card and enter your personal details as shown on the card when completing the form.
  • Newly purchased cards will be active the day after they are issued.
  • Any membership cards purchased by citizens born and/or resident in the host team's country of origin will not be valid for the purchase of tickets in the sections reserved for Fiorentina fans.

  • The above is on the Fiorentina ticket link...not sure if It means newly purchased cards or already held.
  • I have had a season ticket & card for 2 years so will have a go when phase 3 is active on Thursday for non away history fans.
  • The checks are made after purchase it seems so won't know for a while I guess.

I'm now very confused by the apparent new rules for buying Fiorentina tickets as a fan.

Even with an InViola card, it says supporters can't buy Fiorentina tickets (home or away) "if born or resident in the same country of the opposition." In theory for me, that would mean I can never apply for tickets for any European game involving Fiorentina versus an English or Scottish team (despite having supported them for 35 years and previously attending competitive matches and friendlies in the UK) and being in with the Fiorentina fans.

That seems crazy, especially when I can be sold a hospitality ticket in a home section but am prevented from standing with my own friends!

Was wondering where to take an A level course in the art of understanding the intricasies of purchasing a ticket to watch a football match ?

Hoping passing exam will enable me to then qualify for a university course in the art of deceiving authorities sufficiently enough to to obtain a ticket I am not entitled to .

I could understand and accept it readily if they sold out. But like every other away match I have been to this season bar Strasbourg, there have been vast swathes of empty seats. Surely in this day and age it would be possible to sell a ticket to everyone who wants to go if the availability is there? I know there are policing/segregation issues to factor in, but surely having hundreds of ticketless fans roaming around is just as much of a concern to the authorities, no?

I'm definitely looking into getting dual russian nationality after this.

Evening all,

I have the possibility of 2 flight tickets due to people now unable to go.

Stansted to Pisa 9am Wednesday and the 21:30 return on Friday from Pisa to Stansted.

Unfortunately Ryanair charge £115 per flight name change per person.

Therefore would be looking for £300 per ticket to cover name change and flight.

If you are interested feel free to let me know 😃

Thanks
