Farewell Eze?

Eze is our modern day Hilarie when hot hes hot when cold he is cold , but was a match winner with one touch , wont be happy with him going so late , but we may have someone lined up , so if money is right may get 2 for price of one , then get Guihi replacement January if he hasnt gone this window ,
But thank you its been a great ride and good luck

I am sad to see Eze go, but to one of the big three, Arsenal, Liverpool or Man City, with the 60m + add ons is a decent deal, i think Glasner will secretly be pleased with money to spend, 3 or 4 players in, 11 days to go, i hope a couple are in the bag already, think i would have been suicidal if he had gone to the Spuds.

Assuming it’s Eze’s last game for Palace tonight, I think we’re at a defining moment for the team.
The club has to show real ambition in the window so the remaining players still see evidence that the club is on an upward trajectory.
The core of the team remains the same, but is was very evident on the cup run that Eze supplies the magic than can turn games.
We did overcome the loss of a declining Zaha and the brilliant Olise, but on the other hand the sale of Ian Wright led to the break up of that outstanding team.
Which direction will we take?

Aside from Glasner's excellent mentoring, I should add that Eze wouldn't be the player he has turned out to be without his teammates, particularly Olise, and more recently Mateta and Sarr. Mateta in particular has carried the load allowing Eze that extra room to operate in. Whether the set up will be similar at Arsenal or he is expected to carry more himself we shall have to wait and see.
Congratulations to Steve Parish for getting a substantial sum for him.

You said on here the other day if arsenal agreed a fee, Eze would turn them down.

Add Henderson to that list.
£60m or whatever has been quoted is good money for an over rated player. Glasner helped bring him along to where he is now through a mix of tactical astuteness and skilful man management, Arteta doesn't have the same qualities imho.
Obviously scored some big goals for us last third of last season and will always be a legend for that, flashes of brilliance, but I think in general over the course of his time with us you’re pretty much spot on with that statement

Tickets for tonight’s game have now become hot property!

We are going and want to say a proper goodbye to Eze! He really has been a superb role model, ambassador and player for the club.

There may well be a few tears, but good things must come to an end!
I know Ollie said he would play but that was before a deal with the Arse was agreed. It would be silly for him to play tonight and get injured.

Spurs fans are in meltdown that Levy let this drag on by being tight . Haggling over what Palace were asking thinking he could get Eze on the cheap.
The Havertz injury changed Arsenals needs , they offered what Palace wanted and the deal has apparently been struck within hours late last night . As said £60 M +

Medical this morning so probably be seeing him in an Arsenal shirt this afternoon

Sad to see him go but thats life , he will always be one of the legends that was the class of 25 which will likely be the peak of my Palace supporting life .

Good luck to him , he got the move he wanted
Spurs are a joke

Sky seem to think he will still feature tonight. He has to surely, one last hurrah and get to give him a send off at Selhurst, on the European stage…

If he's sold he won't be playing
