Farage says he's 'never directly racially abused anybody' after school racism claims

The BBC in the 1970s (probably airing on Saturday night after Jim'll Fix It).
This had 20 million viewers or something.
The whole decade and everyone who lived through it needs to be put on trial.
If you didn't firebomb Broadcasting House, you were part of the problem.

What, like the Palestine protests? Or BLM? As usual it's a one way street. One violent demonstration is fine. One set of flags is fine. Others aren't.
It's a bit like the politics - Labour's incompetence and corruption has already well overshadowed anything before. Yet, it's fine. And we'll go on about someone goose stepping and putting their finger under their nose when they were a boy. At school, in the postwar period.
It's absolute bollocks. And we have an obvious winner for Farage Derangement Syndrome.

There's nothing to see here. No one except loonies and the Labour party Comintern give any flying f*** whatsoever what Farage did at school. It's not a hard concept to grasp. But it won't be grasped.

In fact, unless you're under 20, no one gives a f*** what anyone did at school. I once dragged a kid through stinging nettles. I broke someone's nose. I did several things. Do I now get prosecuted? Absolute rubbish.

I'm fact, so much absolute bollox that I think we'd all prefer to close this thread.

It's beyond the realms of parody. Starmer the playground victim. Well his victims are not far past that age - with absolutely no acknowledgement or investigation. You can't even begin to describe the comic value of him lashing out. It's like a Barbie trying to escape a doll's house or a Furbie trying to go it alone. Has Lammy been hugely offended yet? That would be really meaningful. And Khan. Just tossers.
In a democracy like Britain take to the streets but it changes nothing whatsoever.

So because the BBC were racist in 1975 it is alright for Farage to be racist, it doesn't work like that two wrongs will never make a right ,also BBC did not set out to offend like nasty Nigel did.

I suspect that Farage was probably a bit of a dick at school.
But hey, I suspect half the people I know were dicks at school in one way or another.

What he is alleged to have said was offensive. But ...and this is a big BUT, it was very different times (as the BBC clip shows) so what sounds very offensive in 2025 probably barely registered a ripple in 1970. Making fun of people based on their skin colour, hair colour, weight, etc was sadly the norm back then.
Does that make it right? Of course not.
Does that mean it warrants a major investigation, let alone charges, in 2025? Of course not.

The timing stinks. It is obviously part of an orchestrated smear campaign.
Were the investigative reporters given a brief and an expectation to come up with something? Yes, probably.
Were the witnesses paid? Probably
Does that make their testimony questionable? Well ...Yes it does actually.

I prefer to judge people on their values and ethics right now, rather than their alleged values 50 years ago when they were in school.

It's a hugely significant case for the police clearly. I presume it was their top priority. Flie marked "urgent".
Flea flie foe fum? As i have said it will start with a non police involvement a CIVIL case if that wins a criminal case will follow. Farage is a marked character .

When the Labour Party ,Tory Party, Coutts &Co. and many others link hands you are in a bit of bother.

Then the Labour Party was incompetent, now it’s viciously vindictive.
I think you're forgetting how they treated each other. And usually still do. There's always a sacrificial lamb. Reeves next. You can read it like a Peter and Jane book. Imagine Lammy as chancellor.
Old Labour had to pander to much larger, more powerful unions. New Labour has rich donors to help out rather than their constituents and mere workers. They're largely a much fatter Tory Lite. A bit like Bud Lite.

Over half of Labour voters intend to vote reform so I think it will fail with their Britain last intentions.
That around half of those who voted Labour last year wouldn’t now seems true, but not that they would go to Reform en masse.

Do you really think that opposing Reform means putting Britain last? What a very odd idea that is! It might mean consigning your vision for Britain to last place but that’s only reasonable. For many keeping Reform well away from having any influence is a prerequisite for Britain. They’ve already got far too much.

Racism is still alive and well. Its Just a different flavour in 2025. The white bloke plays the role of a toilet cleaner ( or toilet installation man), sub-intelligent criminal, loser.
