FA cup Vs Europa Conference Vs Community Shield

Since I was a kid it was always my dream to see Palace lift the FA cup.

Although they're nice to have, the other two didn't get anywhere near it for me.

One of my 2 brother in laws (david, liverpool fan) has never seen Palace drop a point when hes over visiting from Belfast, in the last 30 odd years, wether its on TV, at Selhurst or even just in the country.
Made damn sure he was staying at mine that Day.

Crazy that we're the first team to win the Community Shield that wasn't one of the big 5 (leaving out Tottenham) since 1995 - Everton. Twenty-nine years of the same 5 clubs winning it.

I guess it may make sense though as if an upstart wins the FA cup they're playing against the premier league winners.

I'm now changing my vote to this competition (ok, not allowed as already voted for FA cup).

The FA cup victory was such an emotional roller coaster ,such an achievement after a barren 100 + years that it will never be surpassed
I expected us to beat Liverpool and the Conference was there for the taking (as it will be for Brighton next season) as long as we didn't make a complete hash of it . We even looked at one point as if we were giving that a go .
So as much fun as the Conference was with trips across Europe and so forth and that it is a European trophy the FA Cup was the business for me .

Not sure about everyone else, but I hope the new stand has the list of honours between the tiers that other clubs have.
Have gone to e.g Emirates and see their list of honours around the tier perimeter, I think we have enough now to make one ourselves (and not look too tacky with just one honour standing alone).
