FA Cup Home - Millwall

I don't mean to be dense, but is it literally now impossible to get a ticket if you're not a paying member?

I know they've changed how things work (my partner has a membership and I don't, we've were always able to get 2x tickets in the past obviously), so today I thought I would be able to get a ticket with my client ID on general sale. But no, not possible either—they must have pushed back the general sale release date.

What do I do! Give up this season and just come back next season with my own membership?
 
According to yesterday's post on the Palace website they have pushed the general release date back to 10.00am on Friday.

And yes, they have changed the rules about how many tickets each member can buy for home games and for most games it is one now.
 
Anyone have a pre-existing client reference with membership and cannot go saturday? I have tried to book for my son, but I messed up and had not set up his client reference number. Would be forever grateful and can repay in good vibes for Europe this season.

Client ref numbers are free, just log into site and go to ticketing and you will be issued a client ref
