FA Cup 3rd Round Macclesfield

I wondered when you would chime in. Oliver Glasner is our best ever manager™ by sheer dint of actually winning something. Other than that I find him rather one dimensional tactically, and it isn't a surprise to learn that he has never stayed at any club too long - basically his plan gets found out and he doesn't have another. Never mind, we can have fun discussing who will be the next manager soon enough!
Use your eyes and your ears, game after game, i am not picking the team, selecting the tactics, sanctioning the players, its groundhog day, arrogance beyond belief, yes, Palace won the FA cup. Glasner didn't do it on his own, its awful watching a great squad, and some great players failing to give an acceptable performance, and so we have to wait and see if Glasner sees fit to honour us with another year, my god, it is spiralling out of control by the board.

Well done Macclesfield you thoroughly deserved it over the 90 minutes. As for the Palace players that are all in excess of 50k a week, how does it feel to be out fought by guys who install boilers for living?
The last guy to service my boiler didn't repressurise it properly and I had to sort that out to get our hot water back. I was annoyed until I thought "he's probably never made the 4th round of the FA Cup, let's go easy on him".

he’s building an immobile wardrobe with sharp edges and a rough finish. A “Sosa” as it’s know in the carpentry trade
Quip of the day - BRILLIANT 🤣 Earlier on, I saw a dog chase after a ball in the park quicker and with greater pick up accuracy than some of our players today.

You will find that I am in agreement with the general thrust of your comments. Glasner's time has run its course imho.

Was tempted to spend quite a lot of money and fly to Newcastle airport for the Sunderland game but there is absolutely no chance of me being arsed to do that now. Fair play to anyone making that trip. Grim poetry, weekend well and truly ruined

I think it's safe to say that this is the biggest humiliation this club has experienced since the 9-0 drubbing at Anfield. This time though I see no silver lining at the end of this season as was the case then. The shame of this will live with us for years to come.

Is it? I thought Macclesfield were better then Larnaca, for example. It's the biggest humiliation this week though.

Giving pino a chant has puffed his head right up
Can I suggest a slight adaptation to the Pino lyrics, same tune as the current one!
How about this to bring him back down to earth.

Yeremy
Get down the gym you twit.
Pinot.
Stop all the tricks and flicks.
Pinot.
We’re all getting sick of it.
Yeremy.

Sing it in your head a few times! 🤣
Exit stage left!

Haven't you worked it out yet, i will give you a clue, OLIVER GLASNER ISNT VERY GOOD AS A MANAGER, arrogant, tactically clueless, poor judge of a player, answer, GO AND GET A BETTER MANAGER, god some of you are so slow on the uptake.
Re: GO AND GET A BETTER MANAGER

Best be careful what you wish for, unless you have someone in mind?

Interestingly my wife has been saying most of this season that certain clubs figured us out. Low block and man marking seems to do the trick. Glasner has an effective system but other teams are realising it’s completely one dimensional. Glasner does not show a plan b or tactical substitutions. I am not a Glasner out fan but if he goes he goes. I just hope it’s confirmed sooner rather than later

Absolutely, theres no doubt he was the one who pressured the board to spunk 30 million on pino

I think this embarrassment will last a long long time.
Our last FA cup game gave us the greatest moment in our history.
Next FA cup game gave us the biggest upset ever in the competition.
This is the true paradox of a Palace life!
