The chief magistrate rules Japan has a case to extradite Kaine Wright and Joe Chappell.

I find this strange to make the news. Not sorted yet and could be refused. Is it a political move ( under the radar) to get rid of people and set a precedent.

I don't think we're going to be after a load of violent Japanese criminals being shielded by the state. Just a feeling.
