From a UK PLC point of view, there must be questions asked about why the Security services were not aware of Mandelson leaking official UK documents to a foreign national? Labour Ministers from that specific time make no bones about how they all believed there was a leak so why was this not investigated? Mandelson should have been banged to rights ages ago for this.
