Politicians signing off on the controversial appointment of 'buddies with a chequered past' to high profile jobs ? often without any formal selection procedure or interview. Just jobs for the boys (& girls). With little or no oversight.
A politician who had lost her seat, and presumably lost all popular support. Still being appointed to senior roles in the Public domain.
Its not just Boris Johnson who attended parties while the rest of the public was told to hide under the bed.
Mandleson was a tainted political figure....the decision to appoint him to high profile jobs totally stinks. A drinks party while members of the public were threatened with jail for failing to observe the Covid quarantine.
