Video recorded on someone’s phone shows him walking down Chelmsford High Street in Prison tracksuit and carrying belongings in clear bag.
Was on his way to Immigration Detention Centre to await deportation. I would like to know details of guard.

- an alleged rape of a 10 year old girl with autism
- she was supposed to be in the Care of the State

- the suspect needed an Arabic translator
- he was served with a 'deportation order ' last March

- he may ( or may not) have worked as a Security Guard

Whatever the process is behind this is you'd have thought someone at the prison would realise a horrendous mistake and I wouldn’t want to be the governor right now.

You would like to think that everyone who worked in the prison, whatever grade, would have been aware of his circumstances. Although having worked in the HO and know the way things are managed, maybe not! Heads should roll but unfortunately I suspect a lower grade will carry the can and Senior Managers who implement working practices will move to another department and carry on causing havoc

Seriously, if the police wanted to track and find him they could do very very quickly with the amount of cctv. Apparently he got on a train to London, therefore he has been on cctv. Another question is how did he pay for the train journey or did he get through a barrier?
