I'm not exactly thinking this is a big step forward. Another almost all-rounder. I wouldn't mind a genuine fast bowler. More benefit with sticking with a young fast bowler, like they have with Akhtar - except that hasn't really worked as he doesn't play enough cricket overall. Should maybe be Tongue.

I understand the value in bowlers with fresh legs but feel Atkinson and Overton will be something different for the Indian batters to have to cope with. Let's hope this is just as exciting.
