England cricket

Root needs to be working on not getting out LBW with the keeper standing up first and foremost. He doesn't have a cricket thinking brain.
2nd highest amounnt of runs in test and has no cricket brain really !.
May not be a great captain but we have no one else. Brook is like a child just look at his last innings against NZ

Just reading the latest on Ben Stokes, cricket and drinking.

I couldn't understand why Brook wasn't sent home from New Zealand, but if drinking culture was a determing factor then we are in trouble

Loving the 'Hundreds' this year.

Will Jacks - fantastic catch.

Must be up there as the best boundary catch, and he is quite nonchalant about it.

🙂
Not sure about the format which is just T20 the 5/10 ball gimmick but that was a spectacular bit of fielding - firstly to save the 6 but to be able to avoid the rope, throw it back in off balance and then be able to dive full length to catch it was quite incredible. These sorts of catches have come into the game but this one was really something special.

No longer a big deal according to our new captain and curfews binned. I thought it was brought in for a reason.

Much weeping and wailing from Australia. Beaten by 9 wickets at home by Bangladesh? Bet there aren't many ungnashed teeth down under today.

"Let's call this out for the gob-smacking shambles that it was ... Australia's nine wicket loss to Bangladesh is both the greatest upset in Test history and the most humbling Test loss ever suffered by an Australian cricket team," veteran cricket writer Robert Craddock opined in the Courier Mail newspaper, as quoted by Reuters.

How immensely enjoyable.

🙂🙂

Nothing wrong with a bit of schadenfreude when it comes to Australian cricket. Punter Ponting must have taken a bashing with this one.

I know the Australian side is aging but Bangladesh must have come on leaps and bounds.

The Aussies thrashed us and it wasn't close.
