I don't understand some of the negativity about this system. You only have to look at the Texas flood disaster, all those kids were killed needlessly.
We have to have an early warning system it's good planning. The first one was a flop it sounds like this one was better but still some people were not notified.
Of course what the government uses it for is another matter. I for one would like to be warned if Diane Abbott is calculating my state pension.
