New owners in place - New Stadium, keys just handed over- New Manager incoming ( whoever they decide upon) I struggle to think that they are going to penny pinch in the transfer window(s)
Obviously they have to negotiate the banana skin of the back end of this season (bolster the team / squad enough to be competitive / avoid relegation without falling foul of PSR)
