Dublin - Tickets / Travel / Accommodation / Meeting points / Local knowledge

Hi, looking for 1 or preferably 2 tickets anywhere. Me and my son are heading over but missed out. Failing that any suggestions on a good bar to catch the game, preferably with palace fans. Ta!

i have a concession/child ticket which may/may not become available at short notice (a day or two before the game) . The ticket is email/wassapable

just as a general ask, wondering how much notice people want if there are spares available ?
My lad is 16, we are going over and would definitely take it off your hands. As long as he can get in I’m happy.

It would be nice if Palace fans visiting Dublin did so in a happy but respectful way and not parade around like a bunch of EDL flag-shaggers. Many might be surprised to hear that the Irish actually quite like English people...

the paradox being Tommy Robinson is half irish himself. And after the Southport child-stabbings and the Parnell Street, Dublin, child-stabbings....the crowd you mention are likely to embrace whoever is their local equivalent in Ireland. One could easily imagine them going on a pub-crawl together. Much to the bemusement of Keir, the EU, and the irish PM - all of whom seem to have enjoyed observing previous animosities.

The irish centre and far right will have zero animosity toward the English. Sadly its the ones with the Palestine/Celtic flags that love the IRA that you need be wary of. Easy solution.....tell them your Granny was a Murphy from Galway - and she used to hang out with the family of Harry Kane. It always shuts them up.

The irish Far Left and the English Far Left probably hate each other cos they don't believe countries exist at all.....certainly not the respective ethnic identities. Certainly the new Lefty President of Ireland seems to love republican gun-toting loons.

Had we drawn Bohemians, instead of Shelbourne, you could have seen more Palestine flags and anti English sentiment. Shelbourne are politically neutral - a bit like us.

I have a ticket for Shelburne, cost me £108, in the Long stand so no colours or cheering! It’s with Sportsevents365 so I won’t get it till 72-24 hours before but I guess I could then send it by phone. I think you’d need to print it plus have passport. Anyone going without a ticket I will take offers - ma in law has gone into hospice so I can’t leave UK this week or next at a guess.

Their's enough pubs over there to wet anyone's appetite...the Palace Bar although culturally famous in no way be able to accommodate us all..try perhaps Bowes before match im told Tallacht is mostly glass n steel ( a tiny Canary Wharf) ....we're staying at the Harcourt which I'm told has plenty of decent places nearby open late...hopefully catch some live music...

Luas Red Line I believe. (Tram). I think it goes from Heuston Station and I think Jervis St. So the reverse of that. Near the stadium to Jervis street or Hueston.

Takes a good hour. And make sure to get the luas that says tallaght and not saggart.
Or if getting the saggart one to get away from crowds get of at belgard and get the tallaght luas.
