Drop Eze and Mitchell

Southgate played 4-3-3 most of the time with England and 3-4-2-1 or 3-4-3 the majority of the other games so don't know how we can presume that he'll revert automatically to a 4-4-2 if he becomes our manager.
I know but you know what I mean he will go back to basics or whoever comes in. Become hard to beat and nick the wins kind of football.

Groundhog firefighting again

Eze didn’t get the England call up - so that might light a fire under him and see him improve. Can’t help thinking that he should’ve been given the hook after 75/80 minutes against Man U (maybe's Shluppy would have slotted that Mateta pass in?)
It’s pretty obvious that his missed chances in all of our matches thus far have cost us points. He’ll get away with that a Palace but if he did that at City or Liverpool he’d be benched for the next month!

I think it’s crazy to talk about replacing Glasner at this point - we're not playing poorly and are creating chances - we’re just not taking them or decisions are going against us.

Keep the faith.

We will end up with Southgate as manager before Christmas and revert to a 4-4-2. Mateta and nketiah up top. Eze and sar on the wings and lerma and Hughes in midfield with wharton dropped to the bench Guihe and LaCroix center backs and Munoz/ chabaloa for right back...

Mitchell played his best when Townsend or when Ayew swapped wings and played in front of him and helped out. Just stick to defence and not worry about getting forward and he is fine.
Media rumouring Moyes!

Eze needs to be given clear instructions to be less flamboyant on the ball and keep his game more simple. He often loses it by trying to do too much himself. We need to keep him on the pitch though.

My views on Mitchell are well know. A good defender but a terrible wing-back and probably the worse crosser of the ball in the Premiership. My memory goes back to Ward who was also a total nightmare when it came to crosses. It’s a ‘feel’ and football radar thing and neither player (Wardie or Mitchell) has that connection with the ball or wider team mate positional awareness.

Shame on Parish for not giving Mitchell competition or cover over the last few years. The lad looks like he has too much on his shoulders.
