The details of how tickets will be sold for this game - our ticket allocation, prices and selling phases - haven't been announced yet.
The tickets will go on sale to members and season ticket holders first in phases according to how many loyalty points people have.
It is possible tickets may go on general sale as a final sales phase if the club is struggling to sell its allocation of tickets to members and season ticket holders.

I have a bus ticket that I am not using as now booked train and hotel. Will return through box office by end of the week but if anyone wants it and if it can be transferred (no idea....??) please DM.

I just brought 2 tickets for palace v donny. and its saying pick up from selhurst only. I stupidly didnt read anything cause i was just in a rush to buy them.. i cant believe i cant get an e ticket sent to me in this day and age.
is there anyway to resolve this, I live in S Yorks anyway and cant get to selhurst... ive had a frigging nightmare here ffs..

The tickets for this game are paper tickets not e-tickets so the box office can't send e-tickets to you.
But for away games with paper tickets some tickets always get lost in the post etc so the Palace box office makes a "duplicates list" of people who need duplicate tickets because their tickets have gone astray which they send to the away team so those people can collect their tickets at the away ground.
So your best plan is to call the Palace box office as early as possible tomorrow morning and get them to add your name to this list and pick your tickets up at Doncaster's ground.
