And then, just to add a further anomaly in the chancellor's calculations, along comes the hedge fund billionaire whose tax bill is the third highest in the country, a mere £330m, who decides to leave the country in protest at Labour's taxation policy.
This bloke earned a staggering £477m last year and donated large sums to good causes. He's relocated to Greece so his wealth will benefit their economy whilst ours takes a huge hit.

The erosion of the tax base combined with useless Govt spending and explosion of benefits bill simply speeds up the time to meltdown.
