Direct Debit - incorrect payment schedule

Hi everyone,

I just received an email regarding my Direct Debit payment schedule, and the amounts listed seem incorrect. For my Holmesdale Lower ticket, it totals £1,345 (10 instalments of £134.50).

My ticketing account appears to be okay and correctly shows all my purchases and loyalty points etc.

I wanted to check if this is a widespread issue or if it's just a one-off case.

CPISA have messaged the club regarding this problem. The club have acknowledged the issue and are looking into it.
Some people have now received messages back from the club having had their accounts reviewed and corrected.
