I believe Bournemouth have rejected our offer.

We were after him some time back, so it seems like that typical one we might buy. Like Sarr. Always rated him but then he had injuries and some kind of health thing. But he does seem to have come back as far as I can tell. I noticed he played in their recent matches.

Ollie has just said in his press conference that Palace know who they want AND they know those targets want to come to Palace.
It’s just up to the negotiating parties to sort out the deals.

Good news that we won’t be having to persuade any to come!

I would not be surprised if there some negotiating here with Bournemouth, even though they have rejected the offer.

Agreed - following in the footsteps of Lerma and at a similar age in his career. He must know we've been interested in him for a while now, which, hopefully will count for something - nice to know you're wanted when you are getting towards the twilight of your career. (he'll be 29 next July)

Honestly, £15 million quid (allegedly) for Reisse Nelson would be much better invested in Brooks.

He represents a significant improvement to the quality of our squad in my view.
