OG consistently starts Kamada ahead of Hughes, Lerma + Devenney so if he wants to leave for Turkey its definitely not because he isn't getting opportunities with Palace.

All our CMs are excellent and offer good combos. Barring Doucoure injury issues why change any of them as this is our strongest area in terms if depth

It took him a while but eventually he has done okay, no more than that. If he wants to leave I don't see it as a big deal, his wages must be quite high. My only concern is that we replace him.

Fair point. They each played a hand in one of the goals, Kamada with a pass from midfield, Hughes with a tackle to regain possession which Wharton converted into a chance.

It’s a tactical game and they each offer something different.

I am both happy for him to stay and also not especially fussed if he goes. He was never as bad as people said last season and improved as the campaign went on.

However, he also was never exceptional, is a high earner, is 29 and if we can get a half decent transfer fee for him after not paying a transfer fee, we can replace him.

Arguments for him staying are his versatility and European experience.

He's on 105,000 a week: highest earner. Why would you think we would sell Wharton? Surely not because you believe click-bait

Is the order of the CM 2, sell him, but by the end of the season i expect Devenny to be 2nd

Lerma often in defence, and I’d probably have Kamada over Devenny at the moment.

I hope/expect Devenny to get significant game time and improve this season with the conference league.

Unless he’s unhappy and wants to leave, it seems an odd sale as we need him and we’ll only get about £4m.
