A lot of Welsh policies by Nationalists are not very progressive and are rather restricted in the thinking behind things. A lot of community-based stuff which works well in a lot of the rural expanses. Very much a 1950-70's mindset.
Very different to South- East Wales with its English immigrants with a different kind of thinking behind what they want. It's unfortunate these areas have lost a fair bit of National Identity in their struggle to bring Wales up-to-date, and pulling up the drawbridge behind them.

They're anti immigration? Or just anti immigration by English? That's surprised me. Maybe just populists? I don't listen to them, or pay them any heed. But I'm surprised at any hint of not wanting immigration.
