If I were able to, I would take myself to Wemblee an hour before kick off and you're probably a lot more likely to pick up a last-minute spare. Touts will bound to have a few. Just don't act desperate. Touts will be just looking to offload as kick-off starts and prices drop massively,...but do remember, they are most likely spare Citeh tickets, so act accordingly when you get in the ground 😎

True, however most tickets these days are digital/QR code, so no way of knowing if you have a dud or not until your money is already handed over and you get to the turnstile. Touts for gigs have all but completely disappeared.

Wrong, if he wants guaranteed seats they are still available on the tickets sites, if I was desperate to go, then I would pay, I wouldn't be waiting on a miniscule chance that someone Is going to sell 2 on here on the day of the event.

On reflection neither of us were wrong , but alss well that ends so well. There will be plenty of stories going around like this one , What was special about your day? of people who got to be in the ground thanks to the generosity of strangers. Me too. The other son I was asking for decided to stay home and watch with his mum, not desperate enough to pay the necessary on a resale site. No regrets. Choose hope 😍
