That was nerve wracking. So many missed chances I was convinced they’d score a late equaliser. Guessand does know how to finish. Canvot had a good game.

Genuinely glad that it was Johnson to Guessand. We should sign Guessand for sure if he continues like this. He looks fine on the left side of our three. Which should be handy for us.

Why does no one in our defence attack the ball from crosses? If anyone gets his head to the ball it loops out inviting a shot. Often no one even seems to leave the ground leaving a free header. They should really have scored late on from this situation and if they had we'd have been on offer.

The 2nd goal was the icing on the cake.
I thought even at 1-0 we played better than we did against Wolves. There did seem to be a bit more enthusiasm and togetherness.
It wasn’t our most accomplished game but small steps to improvement.

He seems to eat up the ground like Wilf could. Without playing kick and rush he takes a couple of touches and is 15 yards up the pitch.

We do seem to not jump that well recently. Noticed a few missed headers over the last few matches. Seem to maybe be mistiming our jumps. I suppose our defence is slightly disrupted with personnel and position changes, plus injuries - if we want an excuse. We have to remember that the defenders have had to kind of shuffle across the line since Guehi left. Someone has to play the left side of the three.
Canvot looked really good. 19 years old!
Sarr really off his game. Munoz been off it for weeks. Everyone else a 6.5.
