Crystal Palace vs. Wolverhampton match thread

To be honest, about as best a line-up as could be (maybe Johnson for Pino) but on past form (or lack of it!) probably makes sense.
If not tonight, the4n big trouble and big changes. I hope success tonight AND manager change also
COYP
What!!!!

For the first time ever I’ve decided not to watch this game and go up the driving range for a couple of hours to see if I can sort my golf swing. After suffering through Burnley and zrinjski plus Glasner’s presser I feel I’ve been through enough this week. I can’t watch another soul destroying performance. I hope they can get a result but another defeat then sacking the manager seems more likely.

Glasner has an average of 1.41 points per match MORE than any other Palace manager in the premier league. Maybe all the people slagging him off and telling him to go now should think about that for a moment.
But that’s ancient history now. In his last 13 games he averages 0.5 points a game. That in itself should be enough for him to get the sack. That fact he’s also insulted the board, his own players and the fans is actually unprecedented for a Palace manager. I don’t think we’ve ever seen one be so unprofessional and obviously not giving one about how the team does

He clearly still cares. At the end of the Zrinsky match he showed more passion than 7 or 8 on the pitch !

Not over the last 3 months he hasn’t. Look if the guy really wanted to be there and was trying his best we would all still back him regardless of results even relegation BUT that’s not the case.

Well what ever your religion, cross yourselves, look to mecca, i have my picture of Aleister Crowley and my 666 mat, saying some incantations for help, but all i got from the devil, was a picture of Oliver Glasner, and told 666 is old hat, 343 is the new number of the beast.

Swing slower and dont try knocking the granny out of it . There you go sorted

Now watch the game with the rest of us , we need to stick together in our misery

That's the fax number of the beast.

Point taken but a manager has to want to be here, I thought about press ganging him with a shilling pressed into his hand but that bloody inflation tore the pants out of that plan.

That's all true. But I would grudgingly accept the same thing from the next manager if he brought us another title. Glasner's time with us is over, and his behaviour at the end wasn't very professional, but berating him for everything and anything isn't exactly what he deserves either. But OK, that's just my opinion.

To be fair when it was good under Glasner it has never been better. He won us the FA Cup and that will always be there. For me that’s what makes everything so sad now.
