Yeah when we’ve changed our back three it’s not looked great. When playing three at the back it’s really important there’s a good understanding between them all. I think it’s actually more important than when playing as two centre halves in a back four. Still right thing to give him and Riad the game time though
 
Stockport have defended well . Nketiah coming deep and making a couple of good runs that come to nothing. Hopefully, Esse will provide this alternative way of attacking teams
 
Well Nketiah and Kamada have done nothing to suggest they actually have anything to offer. Mind you nobody has really shone today, although Munoz has been his usual lively self.

Modern ones are. Interesting watching a couple of the games this weekend you can see how EPL players are rigidly drilled into systems. They seem afraid to deviate from them with any individual flair when surely a bit of individual skill could unlock some of the lower league teams. Either that or we just aren’t very good
