Devenney does add to the team in energy, spacemaking runs, harrassing, pressing, tackling and battling but it isn't in driving at their defence or playing cute and quick interplay to open them up. He's not a detriment but I think we can afford to play Esse there instead against this lot imo. Edouard is a waste of time, he can't play that position and is too slow in footwork for the PL, he wouldn't do the work Devenney does to make up for that loss either. He's ok against those farmers from Norway, but this is the top division.
