Tough game but we’ve been okay. Good start and a strong period as of now (about 36 mins)

Wings backs don’t seem to be working. Seeing more of Tomiyasu whipping the ball in that our actual WBs. Wharton been good at his passing and Kamada great at winning balls back.

Pino’s crossing is either too long or short and he keeps finding himself offside. Nketiah loves to go out wide.

Not sure we will come back here however, I don’t think the games all doom and gloom

To be fair we’ve looked quite sharp in attack. Wharton is different class. We look all over the place defensively though.

Parts of our game have been decent.
I like the look of Khalaili and Tomiyasu and Wharton, Mitchell and Nketiah have been good.
We lack power and thrust up front without Sarr and Mateta as expected.

Well, that’s probably as expected.

Negatives - Richards has been poor at both ends and shouldn’t play in the middle. Ty cannot finish. Collectively Pino, Nketiah and JSL have been completely ineffective.

Positives - Tomiyasu has been tidy, Khalaili is raw but has potential, Wharton is still class, erm the under-21s are winning?
