Strand Larsen needs the ball played in so he can get on the end of things, but we don't have a midfield with any creativity. We don't have anything really. Who would have thought Johnson would end up playing in the position where he now is when he was originally purchased? The next manager needs a firm vision of how he wants the game to be played, because Glasner's "mix n match as long as it fits the template" approach is long past its sell by date.
