Awful conditions aren’t making this much of a classic but relatively 50:50 so far.

Two evenly matched teams playing in crap conditions. Games between them are always close this is no different. Too much clever stuff resulting in losing the ball for me especially around the edge of our own area. Eze is good at creating space and good at doing f all with it. Hughes Lacroix JPM having good games.

I don’t know. His closing down and effort off the ball has been good. Created as much if not more than our other players. Just looks low on confidence. A couple of times you’d love to see him drive on with the ball but he seems hesitant.
Eze has all the skill a player could want. The reason Olise left and Eze stayed, in that moment when he had time and space, Olise would have bolted forward, on his own if needs be, Eze stopped and looked for an out ball. Shame. He is so close to being great.
