I presume it will be Lerma. Which puts more onus on Wharton being creative - because that's not what Lerma is.
 
Tough battle in midfield with Hughes and McGinn. A very competitive game, it could go either way, they are a strong side with Rashford and Insenio to come on, we have Nkethia and Kamada.

I doubt the plan was for Wharton to play 90 minutes. Of the options for second central mid field sub on the bench I like Chilwell and Devenny better than the option I'm rather expecting.
 
I didn’t like Hughes gobbing in Eze’s ear twice before the free kick. Leave him alone ffs. I know Hughes is a star for us but it annoys me. No value.
