When your “concerns” are all founded on misinformation and conspiracy theories promulgated by bad actors then they only exist in your head, not in reality.

Trust in professionals and in science has been relentlessly attacked by those wanting to see the disintegration of western society. It’s sad to see it succeeding and sadder to see it helped by the useful idiot foot soldiers who patrol the extreme edges of the internet dredging up the muck and spreading in places like this.

Science which, among many other benefits, is destroying the environment, brought us the threat of nuclear war and developed AI which will have an unknown effect on life as we know it. Why wouldn't everybody show total obeisance?

It's the lying and the lying by omission that really breeds the mistrust.

The media were complicit so the real scale of deception probably won't be revealed until new brooms take over in both parliament and media.....as the decision makers will never take accountability.

All it ever required was honesty......Nudge units, and everything around them are going to pay at some point.

This is total bs.

This is the reaction of people who don’t understand how things work in the real world. What Hancock is saying isn’t new or in anyway controversial, other than in the minds of those who have already swallowed the misinformation about the Covid pandemic and our response to it.

It was always to be expected, and understood, that some would experience a reaction. That’s common with vaccines and indeed all medicines. It wasn’t hidden but neither was it emphasised. Why would it be when the balance of good v harm was so overwhelming and we were confronting a pandemic when one of the priorities was to ensure we complied with what was necessary for the greater good?

It’s instructive that whilst Hancock’s testimony has been criticised in the media for the policy of discharging positive patients from hospitals to care homes, which described as the “least worse policy at the time” I can find none about the reactions.
