Yes I looked today and flights to Berlin for example are now over £500. I'm not trying to put anyone off, but if you decide not to go and have a spare ticket......

So I'm hearing on X that a lot of Arsenal fans are having their pre booked free cancellation / no pre payment accommodations being cancelled by hotels in Budapest and put back on sale at more expensive price.

I'll be making the payment at the final whistle tomorrow if we make it.

Funny you should say that as I had the foresight to book a lovely hotel in Leipzig back in August on a 'reserve now pay when you arrive basis' at a cheap price but I've been hearing similar stories so at full time tomorrow, as long as we've made it I might just go straight onto booking.com and pay for it before it potentially gets cancelled!
 
Ive been told if they cancel it even if you paid in full its upto them. With a bit of luck they keep to there im pre booked aswell in the city centre. I pray i get a ticket. Doubt it will make it to gold members

Came across this option independently, but your recommendation sealed the deal. Thanks mate. Have booked this flight for me and my son. Booking process all good. Used GPay with credit card (no Amex though), so have some security with the payment. My eyes are watering at the costs involved and all this uncertainty over getting a match ticket is stress. Selfishly I hope that means less peeps fighting over tickets. Don't wanna go all that way and have to watch in a bar!
 
I booked a cheap hotel in Leipzig months ago, booked flights last week.

Just hope I can actually get a ticket. Had a season ticket for 12 years but moved to Portugal 3 years ago so transferred it over to my dad. Have a gold membership and managed to get FA Cup semi and final tickets no problem.

Has a number actually been given for how many tickets will be available?

11,500 tickets on sale by each club. I've already got one through the UEFA ballot so won't be trying to buy one in the Palace end. You should be able to get into the ground somewhere.
