I have two tickets located in block 17, row 1, seats 10 and 11 (belonging to Rayo Vallecano club since i am living in Madrid ). I could transfer the 2 tickets by using the transfer UEFA ticket portal since I finally am not going to go to Leipzig . I returned my category 1 tickets back to uefa for re-sale. You can grab them for 190 at the official web. Or hit me up if you want them. C-lower tier, row 24, seat 1 and 2.
