Can someone please enlighten me how to purchase tickets for three people.

I have 6,000 loyalty points so am in phase 2 and guaranteed the opportunity to purchase a ticket but my two sons are in Phase 4 with 1,500 loyalty points.

Can I purchase all three tickets in my window ?

Nah I doubt it. Youll have to buy your own in Phase 2. If it gets to phase 4 (thats a huge IF), then if your sons get one, I believe they can ask to be seated with or near you based on your ticket/file number from your purchase, assuming they buy the same category as you.

Just incase people have missed this. If you’ve been to 7 European games you qualify for phase 1.

My son has just pointed this out to me as I had completely missed it.

Could be an issue for kids under 18. If they fall into phase 2 and their parent is in phase 1. People under 18 are not allowed to use their own access code alone…has to be with an adult.

Does that mean the adult has to wait until phase 2 so they can buy for both at the same time ?
Can a phase 1 supporter wait to buy in phase 2 ?

That’s me not getting a ticket. It won’t make it passed phase 2. Having to get some of a scalper will be fun 🤣🤣. Will leave me with no stein money 👌🏻👌🏻

Excuse my ignorance but where does it show you how many loyalty points you have? I am not expecting many!

They really have changed it !! I went to 8 home games but away games unless I had 10000 plus points, didn’t stand a chance for the majority of them.
So anyone who managed to get 7 away games on points, will definitely already be in phase 1. Pointless criteria!

The annoying thing is for the first few games only a couple of blokes and their dog turned up for the home fixtures, but pretty much anyone COULD have supported the boys. The away game tickets only went to HF and those that had zillions of points, leaving us mere plebs kicking our heels. Why isn’t the Club recognising that ?

I would buy somthing for 100 quid in the online shop right now! The points are added after a day.

People could quite easily have thought they had qualified based on the published criteria and booked flights etc. The screen shots should help if they have and approach Palace for compensation.
