33 years old but a wealth of skill and experience.
Would he be a sensible boost to the squad when there is doubt about Adam Wharton's long term injury record? Mid-field 'generals' are pretty thin on the ground and now we have extra matches this season
I think he would be a great short term investment - subject only to his salary requirement.

He looked old in his final season at Man U but appeared to give his all in a very ooor side.

I like that idea as a back up for cups and poor European teams.

Totally re Brownhill. Although Leeds are sniffing around. With everyone fit he would be on the bench where as could start for Leeds which could rule us out if we are interested

I still wear the Edgar Davids T-shirt. I was confronted by a fan about it the last game. I thought a touch aggressively. Presumably drunker than I. I couldn't believe that I had to explain it was for comedy value. Like my Leicester Play Off final t-shirt I wear for luck.

Good shout for a 6 month deal while we give Wharton time to get back
 
Also the Japanese Right back, Injured until October, left Arsenal, worth letting him train with us, and a pay as play deal, if he cant get anything.

that's why he has taken so long to find a club. His salary demands for an ageing and slow player will have put must suitors off.

Clearly not Wolfsburg's 1st choice else this deal would have been sorted months ago
