Apparently these two tickets that were paid for got caught up in the club freezing the seller's account. Ugh.

Good friend is now still looking for 2 tickets to Chelsea.
They have client reference number and are Palace supporters.

Not sure. The problem was with a previous match (Villa)... so I wasn't involved with it.
