Charity Shield Ticket will not add to wallet..

I have left it to the last minute and realise that I was missing my daughters ticket so I have managed to get the email resent but it won’t let me add to wallet, as the box office is now closed does anyone have any ideas how to access the ticket?

Can you print it instead, you need to scroll down on original e mail, and select the ticket you want

Thanks for your response, unfortunately I never received the original email and on the resent ones there are not any attachments.

Not sure whether I can pick them up at the Wembley box office?

Are you sure you have scrolled down far enough, the pdf tickets are a long way down on my e mail, I thought they were not there at first

Tell them to re send WITH attachments.
Sounds like they just forwarded.

Unfortunately the PDF are not on the resent email, really annoying and to be honest I should have checked much earlier☹️

Unfortunately via the CPFC ticketmaster site there is not an option to select with attachments, it just offers to resend the tickets ..
