Schools socially transition kids behind parents backs while the internet floods vulnerable teens with gender ideology.

Questioning any of this will generally get adults censored. We should absolutely be protecting children from social transition in the classroom and gender ideology online.

If you know of any school that is actually doing that you should report them to your local Education Authority, and your local newspaper, and request an explanation. Then report the results here.

What you regard as ideology those suffering might regard it as information they need to know where to get advice, guidance and empathy.

Questioning this is fine! Provided you listen to the answers rather than decide them before asking. You obviously do the latter.

This idea that gender ideology is being “pushed” anywhere is transparently nonsensical.

The internet may well provide information for those suffering from gender dysphoria that wasn’t available to previous generations and teachers may be better trained to recognise it and be able to help. Both positive developments.

Parents would normally be very involved. Only if it was thought a child might be at risk from their parents would support be given without them being involved.

I don’t know your niece so have no idea. All that exists is your account of what she said is happening.

You could have misunderstood that, or misrepresented it. She could have misinterpreted it, or been influenced by others.

So unless I went to the school and saw it myself I will be unconvinced. If you are certain it’s true then you ought not be questioning me. You should be questioning the school.

There was nothing “sweeping” about my statement! It was both objective and fair. Here it is again:-

“If true, which seems doubtful, you should report the school because it is not following the official guidelines.”

It does seem doubtful, given it goes against official guidance. You ought to verify it and, if it is true, do something about it.

“Protect and Teach” are an organisation comprised of just 6 people. All activists with an agenda. So how on earth could they have carried out any kind of reliable survey? They openly state that their agenda is to:-

“Keep children safe from gender ideology which is sweeping unchecked through educational establishments, children’s services, children’s clubs and associations, children’s television programs, children’s books and children’s entertainment”. So a really open minded approach!

This isn’t a real “investigation”. I await a response from the relevant education departments to this. I don’t anticipate it will be flattering because this feels like blatant misrepresentation and scaremongering.

No respectable media organisation would touch something like this with a barge pole.

Of course not. Identifying and helping those with genuine gender dysphoria is not though brainwashing. It’s showing compassion and understanding towards those who past generations either ignored or marginalised.

I don’t know this lady but I know her reputation! She is an activist both on this and other LGBTQ issues. She opposes them. She has had several brushes with officialdom and was sanctioned by the Council for sharing an email without authorisation. Remarks she made about transgenderism caused a number of complaints which resulted in an official investigation.

She now sits as an independent, having left her Party because they “failed to back her”. Why she continues to hold her seat is probably because she opposes a huge new development on the fringes of her constituency.
