Both chelsea and man city by their methods have brought league titles n cups. the behaviour of both have made a sham of the premier league and fa. Both will get away with criminality while clubs like ours an others like Wednesday, Portsmouth to name but two have been brought to their knees. there is no justice no fair play just greed at the root of football.

I’ve just read the article on Chelsea’s corrupt transfer deals. It’s beyond disbelief that they have not been deducted points. Everyone from the top down appears to have been involved or had knowledge.
Chelsea admitted their guilt and therefore a lenient punishment was imposed!! Surprised they didn’t give them extra points for their honesty..

We got put into administration for owing £30 m resulting in an automatic 10-point penalty in the Championship, a transfer embargo, and the sale of Victor Moses.
Man United owe £1.3 bn & Tottenham owe £850 m and that's all fine.

I think some of the leniency was also because the discretions took place under the previous ownership (Abramovich reign) - which I think was a contributing factor in the new ownership deciding to "fess up" before it came to light by any other means.

Frankly I dont care.
We won a cup then got knocked out by a non league team. Chelsea or Man City didn’t cause that. They did what we would do or done if we could.
The punishment doesn’t appear to fit the crime but we didn’t write the rule book.

In fairness, we've been deducted points before and also taken out of a European competition for far less.
