Brighton away advice

So I have found myself in down in Eastbourne on the weekend of 17th/18th October this year. I am assuming the Brighton game will move to the Sunday 2pm kick off.

My flight home would be 9.30pm Gatwick on Sunday evening. I have enough points for a ticket so that's fine.

My question here is about the fans being kept behind after the game. In previous seasons how long are the fans kept behind? Surely I would have enough time even if the fans are kept behind an hour?

There is a designated train for Palace fans after the game, leaves about an hour after the match finishes from Falmer Station and from memory will stop at Gatwick Airport...so you should have plenty of time with a 9.30pm flight.
