They have just signed an 18yr old from Club Brugge for 8.7mill forward who has played in the champions league. No doubt with their previous history he will turn out to be an another bargain buy. They do not buy over priced players from north London like we do.

I can see where you're coming from.
Brentford are pretty exceptional in turning up gems though.
I thought they would struggle but they seem to get stronger even without Toney, Mbueno, Norgard, Wissa, Ouattara.
I'll let Willo work it out but that must be in excess of £200 million in fees.
Man City now supposedly want their right back and I'm sure there will be plenty of interest in Thiago.

Ouattara is currently at Brentford, signed from Bournemouth for about £42 Mill.
In terms of Toney, Mbeumo, Norgaard and Wissa, the transfer deals amount to in the region of £180 Million, including the add-ons.

Livremento is rumoured to be going city in the summer as he won't sign new contract at newcastle.

They do always feel like they know what they are doing on the transfer front.

They are doing particularly well considering the players + manager they lost in the summer

Don't forget Watkins (and the relatively less successful Benrahma).
