I don't think this guy is coming here as back up to Mitchell.. At least not in his eyes he won't be I wouldn't of thought.

I watched him for the national side a couple of times and really wondered why teams weren't making more of his lack of strength and pace down his side of the pitch.
For me, Ollie's outstanding quality is his ability to develop average players into very good ones for the team. Hughes and Richards, for example, have made huge strides under him, even Kamada fitted well into the team towards the end of the season. That's why I think that performances at one club or another don't mean much. From the little I've seen of Sosa, he seems to have potential at least, and the price for taking the risk is rather negligible.
