Yeah, I guessed it was, same here, all done in jest! Seems like most people up sticks from London when the opportunity arises, seeking a better life. Look at me, I'm here in Belgium, have been for many a year now. But I do have good memories of growing up in South London, and I do miss getting to matches to watch my beloved Palace. Anyway, if you get the chance, take a listen to the song/album. I don't know what your musical tastes are, but Bandcamp does offer the chance to explore a lot of independant artists and established acts from all genres. Let me know what you think of it!

Of course, it was just a small jibe.
Scotland is a pretty good place to live; it's cheaper and the people are, mostly, friendly, although asking if I know a bloke they met in Ealing in 1958 gets a bit wearing. The weather can be a bit moody but not as bad as reported - I've been there for 8 years (my wife is Scottish). Sold up in London because friends and family had pretty much all moved out and am very glad that we did.
