I remembered Sarr when he was at Watford. When we bought him I hoped he would recapture that form and ability. I was disappointed but glad he delivered. I think the character of new players can’t be overestimated.
 
Rumours are that Spurs are now in for El Khannouss , having missed out on Gibbs White and Eze and also being without the injured Maddison.
They will definitely be seeking a creative option fot their squad.

Will this be another of the targets which Glasner referred to as going elsewhere?
He said we still 'had a few targets in the drawer,' but we might be scratching around the back where the likes of Traore and Sterling reside.

If it's Stirling for now, perhaps we keep our powder dry for January. Whether or not Glasner will be here to oversee the development of that player though...

I hope i'm wrong, but if i were Glasner and ultimately left with an unbalanced and thin squad i would leave while my stock is still high and wait for one of the bigger jobs to become free

Sterling is not for any time in the Premier League, now or later.

I argued with someone on here that we should not sell Zaha for £2m and he had people supporting him we were better to cash in, This was around the time some fans here said we should go into league 1 to bounce back, thank god they were not the owners! Haha times change

Look I'll seriously consider the offer.

But I'm not taking less wages than my current job of deputy chief milker at Unigate dairies.

Even if it would be nice to have dry hands.

I am sure Parish and co knew Eze would leave this summer. It would be interesting to know how much influence the manager has on potential replacements, as we definitely need cover for Eze. Personally, I'd be happy with Stirling at this point.

Sterling is only 30 and a quality player still hoping to get in the England squad. Get him and the Leicester lad in and then please step down Parish you do my nut in
 
He was pulled from there game so a deal whichever club it is must be near maybe hear about it Tuesday.

It is my view that:
  1. There's no way Sterling would fit into OG's system.
  2. He spends far too much time trying to show off his skills and saying "look at me" and too little time playing with the rest of the team.
  3. His performances in the last year or so have been underwhelming to say the least.

You must be watching a different player.

He has been out of form for a while but I do wonder if a club like Palace is what he needs the guy came out with he had mental health issues it doesn't appear like the clubs he has gone to helped him out.

When he is in form a very good player he was great for England.

I would take him if it costs us nothing.
