I couldn't say for sure but there have been a lot of cross border police raids on a Nigerian organised crime gang the Black Axe.
I have no idea of the background of this or how this guy is connected. It sounds like assisting funding of some type.
I'm presuming the gang may have been classified as terrorists by either Nigeria or Interpol - something like that.
A lot of presumptions - just guesses really.
